1. Who is Norscot?

Norscot is an authorized licensee of General Motors.

2. Can I receive an order confirmation?

Online orders are acknowledged by email. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. If a product is on back order, you will be notified immediately to discuss status.

3. What is the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, please call the Norscot customer service department.

4. What forms of payment does Norscot accept?

Visa,MasterCard and Diners are accepted for online purchases. Billing arrangements can be made with our customer service department for General Motors Corporate Offices and GM dealerships.

5. What is Norscot`s return policy and who needs to pay the return freight?

As a consumer you can return merchandise without a reason within two weeks from receipt of the merchandise. Please check our Terms of Sales for details.

6. What are Norscot's shipping charges?

Flatrates in European Union. For supply, packaging and insurance we charge a prorate flat rate fee per order in accordance with the list set out below, for partial supplies the flat rate fee will be charged only.

7. What method of shipment does Norscot use?

GEM Courier and DHL. 2-7 working days.

8. What if I need to expedite the delivery or if I want a special shipping method?

Notify the customer service department. Rush orders and quicker delivery or special shipping methods will result in additional charges.
